We are looking for a talented Product Design Intern—a fresh graduate with a passion for design and a keen eye for detail. This 3-month internship offers hands-on experience in developing innovative home decor products, with the possibility of a full-time job offer based on performance.
What you’ll be working on:
- Technical Design Spec Sheets: Develop detailed technical design specifications for new products, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborative Design Process: Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure designs meet both technical requirements and our brand's aesthetic standards.
- Brainstorming & Ideation: Participate actively in product brainstorming and ideation sessions, contributing creative and innovative ideas to the design process.
- Prototypes & Mock-ups: Assist in the creation of prototypes and mock-ups to bring designs to life and test their feasibility.
- Market Research: Conduct research on market trends and customer preferences to inform design decisions.
- General Design Support: Support the team in various design-related tasks and projects as needed, gaining hands-on experience across multiple areas of product development.
Requirements:
- A fresh graduate with a degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
- A portfolio that showcases your design skills and creativity (required).
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating beautiful, functional products.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced, creative environment.
- Proficiency in design software such as Rhino, AutoCAD, Blender or similar tools.

We are seeking a dedicated Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our team and manage the end-to-end process of delivering our products to customers. This is a unique opportunity to play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and creating exceptional customer experiences while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
What you’ll be working on:
As an Order Fulfillment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and efficient process from the moment a customer places an order to when it arrives at their door. Your efforts will help us deliver an exceptional experience, while supporting the values of craftsmanship and care that define Maramzy.
- Manage Orders: Process incoming orders on Shopify, confirm payments, and ensure accurate order details.
- Inventory Oversight: Monitor stock levels, prevent overselling, and ensure our inventory stays up to date.
- Order Preparation & Shipping: Coordinate with our warehouse to pack orders safely and beautifully. Handle shipping labels, dispatch, and any special customer requests.
- Shipping & Delivery Coordination: Track orders with our shipping partners, resolve any delays, and provide customers with timely updates and tracking information.
- Customer Support: Communicate with customers to address any inquiries or issues, ensuring they feel supported from the moment they order until their item arrives.
- Returns & Exchanges: Manage returns and exchanges according to our policies, and make sure each step is handled with care and precision.
- Documentation: Keep clear records of all orders, communications, and shipments to maintain seamless operations.
What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking someone with a passion for delivering exceptional service and an eye for detail. Someone who shares our values of craftsmanship and care in every part of the process.
- 1-2 years of experience in order fulfillment, e-commerce, or a similar role.
- Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Ability to manage inventory and logistics efficiently.
- Experience working with shipping companies to track orders and resolve any issues.
- Customer-focused mindset and a proactive problem-solver.
