• We take pride in our products as we believe they are one-of-a-kind. However, we understand that buying things online can be daunting, especially for the first time, so we offer a 30 day return window.
• If you don't have a positive experience for any reason, we will do whatever it takes to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.
• Original shipping and refund charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund.

Returned items must meet these requirements:

• Returned within 30 days of shipment date.
  
• In original packaging, in original condition and free of stains and damages.
• Damaged items, incorrect items, or missing items must be reported  within 24 hours of receiving your merchandise.

How to return an order?

At Maramzy, we strive to make your return experience as smooth as possible.

• Request a Return: Send us an email with your order number requesting a full/ partial return and we’ll coordinate with Aramex to pick up your return.
• Packaging Guidelines: Please return the item in its original packaging and ensure it’s securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
• Return Process: Once we receive and inspect the item to confirm it’s in good condition, your refund will be processed within 5 business days. Please note that the refund amount will exclude the original shipping charges as well as the cost of return shipping.
• Refunds can be made via:

2. InstaPay
3. Debit/ Credit Card (if used during payment)
